A1 Dream Cleaning provides residential services for those homes which are occupied and for those who are vacant. We work with homeowners, investors, realtors, and property managers, and management companies.  Cleaning services are available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm with only a 2 hour minimum requirement.

Occupied Properties:

Our cleaners work from our client’s priority lists and do not provide “Cookie cutter services”. Our clients enjoy the luxury of choosing to have general cleaning performed which for most clients this means having their bathrooms and kitchens cleaned and sanitized, rooms vacuumed and dusted, floors swept, mopped, carpeted areas vacuumed, and patios doors cleaned inside and outside. Client who seek more detailed service enjoy having blinds, baseboards, fans cleaned, light fixtures dusted, door faces wiped, electrical outlets cleaned. For those clients who seek to indulge, they often have us clean patios, garages, perform laundry and ironing tasks, change bed and bath linens, water house plants, and even have us walk their dogs.

Vacant Properties:

Whether we are contracted by the individual homeowner or a representative of the home such as management companies, our service is tailored to fit our clients’ needs.  Homeowners perform a walk through with the cleaner or cleaning team at time of service expressing the services needed to be performed such as general cleaning or deep detail cleaning of appliances inside and outside and wall washing.
Realtors, investors, property managers, and management companies provide a property checklist in advance specifying the services to be performed.  In many cases, we provide a written estimate which is in turn submitted to banks for approval.

Turnaround Time:

Occupied or unoccupied turnaround times are usually within 24 to 48 hours from time of scheduling.  In some cases, same day service is available.
